Weekend of Event Volunteers
AIDS Walk Portland is an inclusive day to come out and show your support for the HIV/AIDS community. The volunteer opportunities are listed below for Saturday October 11 (set-up) and the day of the event, Sunday October 12. Indicate your shift & assignment preference on the on-line form when you sign up.
Set-up: Volunteer Opportunities - Set up Pioneer Courthouse Square (PCS) the day before the event
Saturday October 11th
7:00am-10:00am Unload tables, chairs, boxes from trucks on PCS (meet at PCS)
9:00am - Noon Meet at CAP office**. Load boxes from office & storage to PCS
1:00pm- 3:00pm Hang banners and other set up on PCS (meet at PCS)

6:00am-9:00am Set up Volunteers
7:00am-11:00am Registration Volunteers
7:00am-12:30pm Team Photo Assistants
7:30am-10:30am Red Ribbon VIP Volunteers

CAP programs/retail booth
8:00am-10:00am Greeters on the Square
8:30am-12:30pm Route Monitors
8:30am-12:30pm Water station volunteers
11:00-3:00pm Wrap up volunteers
